The Shutter assembly model PS350 permits to cut off the flow of evaporated material to the substrate at any instant during thin film deposition processes. It uses 270 degree adjustable pneumatic actuator with stroke adjustable from 15 degree up to 270 degree out of the vacuum chamber. Position indicators may be ordered separately. High vacuum models have O-Ring seals for the rotating shaft that moves the shutter. They are often mounted on baseplate holes. Shutter blades or extension shafts may be ordered also according to client requirements.
